Okeechobee County
Fenced grazing land with road frontage, acquired at county auction for a first-time rancher.
Shared Portfolio
The Yawd Vybz Shared Portfolio is a growing list of Florida land owned by our investors — people who were once our clients. Browse what's available and make an offer, or join us and grow your own.
Two ways to work with us
We research, strategize and purchase land for you. Once it's yours, it's yours — build, farm, hold or simply own it, your way.
We purchase land for you and manage it inside our Shared Portfolio. We show it to buyers, bring you every offer, and you decide whether to sell or keep holding for appreciation.
How the Shared Portfolio works
We pick specific lands, set a budget with you and purchase the property in your name.
If you'd like us to manage it, your land joins our Shared Portfolio list, open to anyone interested.
Interested buyers send us an offer. We pass every offer straight to you, the investor.
Sell when the offer is right, or keep holding your land while it gains value.
Our promise to investors
We can't promise your land will sell right away. What we can guarantee is that, after purchase, the numbers will show at least a 50% return on investment. That's why we target specific lands and set a budget before we ever bid.
Own more than one property in the Shared Portfolio? We'll build you a personalized portfolio with regular updates and clear numbers for every parcel.
Shared Portfolio lands only
Owner financing is offered only for lands listed in our Shared Portfolio.
About pricing
The Florida real estate market moves fast, so prices change often. Instead of listing a price that may be out of date, we keep it simple: if a property catches your eye, send us an offer or request a price.
