We send you the list of properties for the next upcoming county auction.

You choose
Pick at least 5 favorites
Look through the properties at your own pace and select at least 5 that you like.

Strategy call
We schedule a call to talk through your top 5, confirm your target properties and set your maximum budget.

You sign
Online agreement
You review and sign our online agreement, allowing us to purchase and endorse the tax deed on your behalf.

You fund
Provision of funds
By signing, you agree to provide the funds for us to purchase on your behalf. Once we receive your funds, we're cleared to buy.

We buy
Auction day
We bid on your target properties at the county auction, within the maximum budget you set.

You receive
Your deed and invoice
The county mails the deed directly to you, and Yawd Vybz sends you the invoice for your purchase.

Important: Funds must be received before the auction begins. If we haven't received your funds by then, we will not bid on your behalf.
